OtakuWear keeps delivery simple: free all over Ilam, and Rs. 150 for customer delivery outside Ilam.

Delivery charge

Delivery is free across Ilam. Outside Ilam, checkout adds a flat Rs. 150 customer delivery charge.

Address details

Customers should provide province, city, area, full address, landmark, alternate phone, and a Google Maps link when possible. This helps the rider find the exact location.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are handled in 3-7 days depending on product sourcing, quality check, and customer location. Remote areas may take longer.

Order tracking

Customers can track their order using the order ID and phone number from the Track Order page.
