By placing an order on OtakuWear Nepal, customers agree to provide accurate account, phone, delivery, and size information so the order can be handled properly.

Product availability

Items may depend on supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable, support will contact the customer before proceeding.

Pricing

Product prices include item handling and quality-check preparation. Customer delivery is shown separately at checkout.

Checkout account

Customers must sign in before checkout so orders can be attached to an account and tracked later.

Cash on delivery

COD is the default live payment mode unless another payment method is arranged with support.

Order cancellation

Cancellation is easiest before sourcing starts. After sourcing starts, cancellation may depend on item status.
